At SwinnockApps, we strive to provide a high-quality service to all of our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued in connection with our paid subscription model.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial to all new users of the App. During this trial, you will have full access to the App’s features without any charge. After the trial period ends, if you choose not to subscribe, your access to the App’s premium features will be discontinued, and you will not be charged.

  • No Obligation: You are under no obligation to subscribe at the end of the free trial.
  • Cancellation: If you do not wish to continue the free trial, you can cancel it in your account settings free-of-charge. No payment will be taken at the end of the trial period.

2. Subscription Payments

If you choose to purchase a premium subscription, you will be charged a monthly fee as shown at the point of subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay this fee on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as outlined in section 3 below.
  • By subscribing, you confirm that you understand and accept this refund policy.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be issued under the following specific circumstances:

  • Service Outage: If extended service outages prevent access to the App for a prolonged period, we will offer a refund or prorated credit based on the length of the disruption.
  • Failure to Provide the Service: If we are unable to provide the service due to technical failures or other reasons within our control.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • User dissatisfaction with content or features, unless tied to a service outage.
  • Accidental or mistaken payments after the free trial has ended.
  • Subscription cancellation after payment has been processed for the billing cycle.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the above conditions, please contact our support team here with the following details:

  • Email address associated with your account.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Any relevant supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

We aim to process refund requests within 7–10 business days after receipt.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the following:

  • If you cancel during the current billing cycle, you will not be refunded for the remainder of the cycle.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period and you will not be charged again.
  • To avoid future charges, cancel before the next billing cycle begins.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you via email or within the App. All changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
